I had a very positive experience with One Superior Roofing. The re-roofing of my home was completed professionally, with strong technical expertise, and within the agreed timeline. From the beginning, Mike clearly understood my needs and communicated honestly and transparently. Kraig, the Project Manager, was present throughout the entire process—from the start of the project to final completion—ensuring quality and accountability. JD, the Project Coordinator, efficiently managed all documentation and coordinated materials and deliveries in real time. The team demonstrated excellent organization and attention to detail, leaving no room for uncertainty. One Superior Roofing delivers a high level of service and professionalism and stands out in a competitive market. I confidently recommend them.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish, Would definitely recommend Mike and his team! All of them were very knowledgeable about everything, super helpful always there to answer any questions we had. They were fast in installing our New roof, very clean and very professional! My husband and I are very pleased with the finished results. Would definitely give them a 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend them. 🔥👍😊

After interviewing a number 5-star roofing contractors, it was obvious to me that Superior One stood tall among their competitors. Their approach to completing the project was a precise step-by-step plan that addressed a preparatory phase, the actual roof replacement and the post completion activities (I.e., they got me almost a $400 reduction in my homeowners insurance.) The crew was excellent and completed the project in 9 hours, including replacing plywood in 12 spots in the roof. There was no debris in my yard at all upon completion! None! If you are contemplating having your roof replaced, I highly recommend you contact Superior One and have them come out and give you an estimate — you’ll be happy you did!

I am writing this review for my Mother-In-Law who is not well versed in the internet but wanted to express her utmost satisfaction with Superior One Roofing. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by the people at Superior One Roofing. My Mother-In-Law said that everything went beautifully. They were on time, efficient, very clean, and the work that they did was perfect- right down to replacing the gutters. Mike, the representative/consultant was very personable and professional. He explained everything in laymen terms so my Mother-in-Law knew exactly what to expect, when to expect it, and how long everything would take. His communication through the experience was excellent. In addition, during our consultation meeting, he was very upfront and honest about cost, timing, and any additional expenses that could be incurred. His estimate was spot on and there were zero surprises at the end of the process. MJ the project manager kept my Mother-In-Law abreast of everything and made sure the project progressed the way it was supposed to. She kept her updated with photographs to show her what needed to be fixed, and then supplied photos of the repairs. Everyone went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were happy with the outcome of the project. We would recommend this company to anyone. Be sure to ask for a company pen—they have built in fidgets and are really awesome!

I highly recommend Superior One Roofing. I referred them to a client who was under contract to sell her home, and they responded immediately, providing a quote and timeline the very next day. They even arranged for payment at closing, which made the process seamless. Most impressive, they removed the old roof and installed the new one the same day. Truly professional and efficient service.

Wow! We are so very thankful that we chose to go with Superior One Roofing! We spent nearly a year getting estimates and looking thoroughly for the perfect company, and Superior One Roofing stood out from the competition in a way that reassured us! They were the only company that seemed to not only know what they were talking about, but also seemed to really care about taking care of us. Our roof was in serious need of a full replacement and a few roofing company's outright said it was too big of a job for them, But Superior One Roofing took it on and did an amazing job! Their crew are all very hard workers and very respectful at the same time. We were thoroughly impressed with the work ethic and effort that was shown by the crew and work lead that was assigned to our job. Thank you very much to, Jody Matt Kraig You all made our dream of a new roof come to fruition and kept us reassured that everything would be great along the way! We were NOT Left Disappointed! It was a pleasure dealing with Mike. He gave us a nice deal. He also took care of getting a contractor for the gutters and having our solar panels detached and reinstalled. The prices for everything was reasonable. Everyone involved was very professional, and the cleanup was very good. I definitely recommend Superior One Roofing, Gutters unlimited and Ijube Solar.

It was time for me to get a new roof, after much research and reading reviews I decided to go with Superior One Roofing and I'm so happy with my choice. Everyone from Superior made the whole process stress free and smooth. Mike G.was great and explained all of my options so I could choose the right roof. Project manager Tim along with Sheri were amazing. The whole crew worked together and were very professional.

I highly recommend Superior One Roofing for all your roofing needs. Mike met with us after 4 to accommodate our work schedule which was very helpful. He provided us with our quote including 3 options for shingles or metal roofing with no hidden fees. From start to finish we had communication from our project manager letting us know each step of the way from when the dumpster would arrive when the materials would arrive when the workers were gonna be there what time they were gonna finish each day. Most important was when they completed the project they cleaned everything up around the whole house. It was immaculate. our new roof looks fantastic!!! thank you to the whole team for an outstanding job. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

LOOK NO MORE! USE THIS COMPANY! After evaluating 4 companies and their quotes, it was an easy decision to choose Superior One. BILLY was a huge part of that. He was very thorough, patient, was there through the entire process, and really worked hard to get the very best price, warranty, and roof possible. We got the most amazing roof and in only ONE DAY! Looks great and now we don’t have to worry about hurricane season! Billy also referred us to HANK’S PRECISION GUTTERS whom I also HIGHLY recommend! And if you need an painter, ask about ZACK! All are HIGH QUALITY at a FAIR PRICE! We couldn’t be happier!!
